I'm definitely allergic to poppy seeds even with one touch, I can't eat, or even smell it, otherwise I do have an allergic reaction, and I'll be sent to the hospital immediately. My reactions include breathing, itching, swollen mouth and heart palpitations from the medical side.

Please announce this to your complaints department. It might have been a bad product to by as a customer. I'm in the hospitality industry and I ask everyone, are you allergic to anything in particular in daily life.

They always respond correctly, and I personally make sure that they don't receive a bad product. So I feel the customers pain.

They send coupons

No lab results given to customer

They only want your money

Why would I use the coupons when its like finding a roach in your meal and the restaurant owner offer you another free meal that may also have a roach in it.

The values of this company has rolled down hill and failed countless times because of management that Bimbo Bakeries introduced AI into its new business models since management has to many human errors lacking any understanding to an equal opportunity, especially being a sales force.

David Ratcliffe is an individual who has animosity towards previous accounts that have been lost under his oversight that bleed into this depot and would seriously apply else where (Franz Bakeries) the equal opportunity for employment is not located within this organization.

This company has permanently been at a loss with continuous closures of the bakery outlets.

This leads to wasted product (bread) that just gets thrown out at the Kent valley Dump instead of donations towards a food bank giving the current pandemic.

This depot as well as the contracted employees are subjected to tyrants such as David Ratcliffe.

So all those five star individual have lost their livelihood with lay-offs, budget cuts, implantation of business models that include AI within the ordering systems that ultimately deprives theses hardworking individuals autonomous right, and subjected to scare tactics lacking any moral compass that leads into success.

Please read into the history of this company and understanding that no accountability is met under this kind of management.

I would give this company zero stars if could.
